WMF has confirmed that it will be showcasing its latest tableware and buffet collections during the course of Hotelympia later this month.
Its offering will include the new ‘Solutions’ collection from Tafelstern, a fine porcelain range designed to enhance the coffee service.
The collection enables operators to present a wide variety of accompanying small plates of sweet or savoury items in a highly coordinated manner in recognition of the ongoing trend in snacking and grazing throughout the day.
Also new in 2012 is a range of coloured pots for buffet service, which are suitable for all standard heat sources, including induction, offering maximum flexibility. They can even be used as a ‘bain-marie’ as they all come with porcelain inserts, according to the company.
The range is available in black, orange and yellow and includes a 7 litre capacity wok. Each dish comes with a transparent glass lid, enabling a clear view of the food at all times, and optional lid holders for ease of self-service.
WMF will also be exhibiting its Hotelware collection, which includes stainless steel tableware items including candelabra, bud vases and champagne buckets designed by renowned designer Jette Joop.
WMF has been manufacturing of high quality tableware for more than 80 years.
