Synergy Grill heads outdoors for latest launch

Synergy Grill Technology’s Outdoor Cook Station can switch between propane bottles without having to change gas pipes.

Cambridge-based company, Synergy Grill Technology, has introduced a range of Outdoor Cook Stations to its commercial grill portfolio which could allow operators to tap into the outdoor catering scene in time for the summer surge.

Unlike traditional outdoor units which lose heat rapidly, thus requiring regular restoration of coals, the Synergy Grill Outdoor Unit should be able to maintain a powerful, consistent heat thanks to a combination of fuel injection air gas technology and natural ceramics.

Thermal shock resistant bars should also allow chefs to cook a higher volume of food while the temperature remains consistent.

Like Synergy’s indoor counterparts, the Synergy Outdoor Grill Unit is said to use on average 59% less gas compared to commercial gas grills of similar sizes, thus less gas bottles are required during outdoor food services.

A gas distribution valve within the units switches from one bottle to the other without having to change gas pipes, plus the appliance can hold two 13kg propane gas bottles.

Complete with heat capturing ceramic technology, the mobile grill is available in wood cladding or stainless steel, and in SG630, SG900 and SG1300 sizes.

Featuring lockable castors to make it easy to manoeuvre, the Outdoor Cook Station can come with optional accessories such as a rotisserie, garnish rails and griddle plates.

  1. These are the bees knees. A chef friend has got one and it’s for sure the first thing we buy next. Didn’t believe before I saw it that it is actually self-cleaning! It’s literally 5 mins. You just vacuum out some ash left over
