Synergy Grill creates national accounts role

Ex-Nisbets man Steve Simmonds has joined Synergy Grill Technology as national account manager.

Synergy Grill Technology has appointed Steve Simmonds as national account manager in what is a brand-new role for the company.

Simmonds joins Synergy with 24 years’ experience in the catering distribution industry, including 8 years in a business development manager role at Lockhart Catering Equipment, and more recently Nisbets, where he has worked as a national account manager for the past 10 years, looking after restaurant groups across the UK.

He commented: “Energy consumption and money savings are at the top of everybody’s agenda within the hospitality industry, and with Synergy, the benefits are clear to see without substituting the quality that operators have come to expect.

“I am eager to get going in my new role as national account manager and start networking with Synergy’s vast portfolio of clients across the country.”

In a further update to Synergy personnel, Ian Parsons has now left the company to focus more time on his consultancy business.
