Synergy Grill and First Choice join forces with new MDA partnership

First Choice will be providing parts and training for Synergy Grill.

First Choice Group has signed a spare parts master distribution agreement (MDA) with Synergy Grill, with supply beginning yesterday.

The spares specialist will be investing in the cooking equipment brand’s UK based parts stock. Plus the partnership will give First Choice customers access to: the UK’s largest stock of genuine OEM Synergy Grill spare parts; specially trained customer service advisors, who will be able to offer experience and guidance on parts for the Synergy Grill equipment range; detailed, up-to-date parts and operation information; equipment diagrams, parts and user manuals; and part photos, including 360° part view images.

All of these features can be accessed on First Choice’s website and app. The company’s training team is also working with Synergy Grill to offer training sessions and equipment demonstrations for dealers and end users.
