Catering and laundry specialist, Sylvester Keal, has introduced a new service manager to the business in a continuous effort to improve its service offering.
Matt Donson will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s busy service department, including controlling a team of field-based engineers and apprentices.
He will also be taking on the role of visiting customers to discuss various maintenance plan options and the renewal of existing service contracts.
Martyn Keal, MD at Sylvester Keal, said: “It’s great to have Matt join Sylvester Keal, and he brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge to the service department.
“Our aim at Sylvester Keal is to make sure that we are providing the best possible service for customers across all departments, and to ensure that they will continue to come to us for any of their catering and laundry equipment needs.
“We’re all very positive that Matt will do a fantastic job as our new service manager, and we look forward to seeing what he will do within his new role.”
Ensuring that Sylvester Keal is a safe place to work is also something that Donson will play a huge part in, dealing with all health and safety issues.
This includes making sure that risk assessments and method statements are in place so that the company has a robust health and safety policy.
He said: “I am thrilled to be part of the Sylvester Keal team, and I’m ready to take on this varied role with both hands.
“I’m definitely prepared for anything that might come my way, and I am eager to get stuck in and use my skills that I have gained over the years.”
