Growing demand for sushi among Brits has led refrigeration manufacturer Hoshizaki to highlight a new range of units designed to tap into the trend.
With sushi restaurants, take-outs and kiosks cropping up across the UK, the company has unveiled the HNC Sushi Case series.
The units enable sushi ingredients or pre-made sushi to be held in perfect condition for the longest time, while providing an attractive showcase to entice customers.
The cases are able to maintain stable humidity and temperature at all times without the use of forced air circulation that could dry or affect the sushi’s quality.
A curved glass window within a stylish black frame maximises the display area while sliding rear doors provide easy access to the display.
A large condenser maintains a temperature of approximately 5°C, ideal for holding raw fish, and the perfect temperature for allowing its fullest flavour to be experienced by customers.
There are 4 models in the range with capacities ranging from 42 litres to 87 litres.
