Italian Equipment Solutions has included a new range of pizza ovens in its portfolio.
Alfa Pizza’s Evolution models are wood fired ovens which include patented Forninox stainless steel domes super insulated with ceramic fibre and handmade AHT system refractory stone floors.
Forninox technology combines the concept of cooking in a traditional brick oven with the use of steel for the dome and structure.
Alfa Pizza’s professional ovens are available in four to eight pizza capacity and in a range of styles and colours.
Italian Equipment Solutions was formed in 2014 by a group of industry professionals to showcase the best new commercial catering products from Europe. All products are said to be fully supported, spare parts are held in the UK and it has a strong distributor policy as it believes this is the best route to market.
A recent addition to the company is sales director Peter Murdock, former operations director at Ask and Zizzi and MD at La Tasca, who has over 30 years in the restaurant industry.
