Stellar planetary launch for Sirman

Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) has launched the Sirman Plutone 7 planetary mixer into the British market.

The mixer can be sited on a tabletop or work surface, and is said to be suitable for everyday, medium density mixing.

It has a metal cast construction and a 7 litre bowl is designed to enable it to mix, blend, whip or beat large quantities of eggs, dough, cream, batter, meringue or potato.

The Plutone 7 has controls on the head of the machine for ease of use including a microswitch which automatically stops the machine when the tilt-head is raised. The stainless steel bowl can be filled and removed when the head is lifted.

The mixer comes with three metal tools: a dough hook, wire whisk and a spatula.

Measuring 410mm (W) x 240mm (d) x 510 mm (h), FEM supplies the Sirman Plutone 7 Mixer for a list price of £470.00 + VAT, with a 1 year back-to-base parts and labour warranty.
