British tableware manufacturer Steelite International has added a range of Melamine gastronorm platters to its portfolio inspired by its Craft collection, as well as a selection of lids to fit all of its platters.
The new platters come in two designs, one based on the white Craft style and one plain white spiral design.
They have also been shaped to resemble Steelite’s Taste plates, further linking the Melamine range with its core collections. The platters can be used to display both wet and dry foods.
Steelite International has also added a selection of lids to cover all gastronorm platters, with the firm believing it is one of the few suppliers to offer a full suite of lids to cover every gastronorm size platter.
The recess on the covers and indented handles allow the platters to be stacked in what is said to be a space saving and innovative way.
Heather Lovatt, head of marketing at Steelite International, said: “Our Melamine range is proving more popular than ever, as operators are looking to present their buffet options in a way that is fresh and interesting.
"We have listened to what the industry wants and extended the collection to include new designs and practical presentation solutions to meet this growing need.”
