Steamy launch from Dualit

British manufacturer Dualit has developed a companion for any commercial coffee service: the Dualit Cino milk steamer.

Said to eliminate delays, the Thermobloc element creates continuous steam on demand and provides power to heat milk in around 1 minute, though heat times may vary dependent on milk type, ambient and milk temperature.

The unit is designed to create steamed and frothed milk for a range of hot drinks including cappuccinos, hot chocolates, lattes and mochas.

Featuring a brushed stainless steel body, the Dualit Cino is claimed to reduce cafe customer waiting times. For establishments that experiment with latte art, the appliance comes with an 850ml bowled jug, which features a suitable shape and lip to produce this effect, as well as a thermometer.

The product is said to have a freestanding and compact design and can be transported to create space in a commercial kitchen.

Features include a 1litre tank, a pump for steam, a blue light indicator for when it’s ready for use and a flashing red indicator for when the water is low.
