Standex Food Service Equipment will be exhibiting a representative selection from its comprehensive product range at Hotelympia 2012, ExCel London, 26 February to 1 March.
Products on display will include rotisseries, pressure fryers, serve over counters, char grills, griddles, hot dog roller grills, heated holding drawers, hot display cases and toasters.
Standex will also exhibit on stand S1526, dedicated to its market leading range of CombiKing ovens.
Hotelympia will provide Standex with the opportunity to unveil a new model from the BevLes range of HRHR roast & hold ovens. BevLes HRHR ovens have been designed for slow cooking over extended periods, at lower temperatures of between 62o C and 118o C, for tender, succulent results and up to 25% greater yield.
The ovens may be programmed for a roasting period of up to 16 hours, switching to a holding mode at the end of the cycle, to maintain tender food at the optimum temperature. The ovens feature a top mounted convection heating system and solid state controls for accurate cooking and holding temperatures.
HRHR models are manufactured in stainless steel for hygiene and durability and may be supplied in full height, half height or under counter configurations to meet desired capacity and overcome floor space restrictions. As standard, the ovens accommodate 1/1 or 2/1 gastronorm pans.
As an option, the ovens are available with a pass through feature, with raw food loaded from the rear and cooked food unloaded from the front, to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination.
Other optional features include a water pan to provide greater humidity over extended holding periods, core temperature probes and a variety of shelving configurations.
