Standex Food Service Equipment has produced a video demonstration, showcasing its range of rotisserie ovens.
The company’s Development Chef, Darren Massey, introduces the rotisseries, placing particular emphasis on the NMK electric 3 spit model, manufactured by Standex’s sister company, BKI.
Cooked meat, especially poultry, offers considerable profit opportunities for retail butchers, convenience stores and takeaway food outlets.
The short film, which you can view here, demonstrates how operators can add succulent roast chicken with crispy skin to their menus for increased sales. It also highlights ways in which the oven can be used to extend menus, by cooking chicken portions, savoury pastries, sausages, ribs, potatoes and meat joints for greater profit.
The video also features the company’s range of APW Wyott HHD heated holding drawers, which may be used to maintain cooked product at optimum temperature and freshness.
