Earlier this month Pershore-based Sprint Group welcomed Matthew Stafford as its new service director.
The distributor reports that Stafford is passionate about ‘service’, having over 25 years’ experience gained across several sectors including catering and hospitality. Most recently he worked for a global manufacturer of consumer and professional audio equipment where he managed various customer service departments and teams of field/remote-based technicians and engineers.
Stafford’s catering and hospitality experience was gained during the first 10 years of his career when he worked as a chef – including pastry chef at the Lygon Arms in Broadway and running a family owned 45-seater Mexican restaurant.
Sprint believes the combination of these skills and experience will enable Stafford to further elevate Sprint’s service offering in this next stage of the company’s growth plan.
