Sprint Group has completed a project for steak chain Hawksmoor at its biggest restaurant to date.
The eco-friendly floating pavilion is located in the heart of Canary Wharf’s new neighbourhood, Wood Wharf, in east London.
The Sprint team undertook the kitchen and bar project at the site set across three levels.
The first-floor level houses a 160-cover restaurant and a 120-seat bar, while The Lowback bar occupies the lower level. The entire building pays homage to its dockside location, taking inspiration from the ‘golden age of travel’ – the glamour of Hawksmoor in Manhattan with a little high-end ocean liner mixed in.

Hawksmoor Wood Wharf opened on Thursday 25 November.
