Sprint Group has completed a novel project for Burger King UK in Barrow-in-Furness.
The Pershore-based distributor’s project and installation teams were tasked with the installation of the new ‘drive thru’ restaurant in the Hindpool Retail Park.
When the site opens on 15 March, it will feature BK’s latest ‘Open Format’ kitchen which provides customers with more accessible views into the preparation area.
Sprint worked with the BK project management team and various contractors to ensure that this modular platform would fit into the former Frankie & Benny’s site.
The kitchen was delivered on time and on budget, conforming to the highest BK mandated hygienic and operational standards, required for all cooking, holding, preparation and wash up areas.
Sprint worked in collaboration with regular suppliers and partners including Middleby UK, True Refrigeration, Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM), HTG Trading and East Anglian Installation Systems (EAIS).
