Pershore-based distributor Sprint Group has completed its latest kitchen installation at The Fox Inn in Oddington.
Working closely with the operations team from Daylesford, Sprint was tasked with developing kitchen layouts from a stripped-out shell using the existing cookline location.
The scope of work undertaken included the main kitchen, with focal island for preparation and service pass, new coldrooms, both internal and external, front of house visual theatre kitchen with Woodstone solid fuel pizza oven. The installation also included the specialist lifting equipment for the planned delivery and positioning of the pizza oven, working in conjunction with the main contractor.
Mark Chillingworth, Sprint’s project manager, said: “We adopted a really collaborative and pragmatic approach to this kitchen installation. We implemented a phased overall installation, as areas became available, to keep to site programme and meet client expectations. This has delivered a great result for our client.”
