Sprint Group has completed and installation at Flourish Foodhall & Kitchen, part of the Cotswold Fayre group, in Bristol.
The distributor worked with Flourish MD Paul Castle and the whole team, for the design, supply and install of the kitchen, servery counter, back bar, Altro flooring, hygienic wall cladding and extraction system.
Flourish offers Bristolians a place to shop, eat in or take away a range of food and drink. Products are said to be thoughtfully sourced and locally supplied wherever possible.
Sprint worked with equipment suppliers Retigo UK, Blue Seal UK, Hoshizaki-Gram UK, Mechline Developments, Classeq and EAIS.
When the project was first announced, Sprint’s sales director Ian Bryant said: “Cotswold Fayre are a great organisation to be involved with. They’re B-corp certified so take their environmental and social responsibilities seriously. They’re natural and have some great values. The project itself is both ethical and exciting.”
