Sprint Group has helped to bring The Ivy restaurant brand to Exeter.
The Pershore-based distributor was tasked with designing and installing a kitchen onsite in the basement and a fully bespoke drinks bar on the ground floor.
The building used to house a high street bank, and as part of the conversion, the Sprint projects and installations teams had to work their way around numerous columns and low beams.
Sprint partnered on the scheme with Fileturn, Chapman Ventilation, Precision Refrigeration, Blue Seal UK, Hoshizaki-Gram UK, Current Affairs Electrical Contractors and MPS Plumbing Services.
The team is reportedly “delighted” with the end result, with the project finished in time for The Ivy, Exeter’s opening a week from today, on Wednesday 9 June.
The venue will be open 7 days a week and comprises a main restaurant, terrace and a private dining room.
