Sprint brings modern kitchen to listed inn

Sprint provided a new kitchen for The Red Lion in Long Compton, Warwickshire.

Pershore-based Sprint Group recently completed an installation at The Red Lion in Long Compton, Warwickshire.

This Grade II listed free house in the Cotswolds was originally built as a coaching inn in 1748.

Sprint designed, supplied and installed the new kitchen, new dishwasher area, glasswasher area, full kitchen ventilation, UPVC wall cladding, floor coverings and cold room installation.

The new kitchen, which complements updates to both the restaurant and garden areas, provides additional space – allowing for an increase in the number of covers. These developments have been further supported by introducing the latest technology available for commercial kitchens.

The distributor worked with suppliers including Blue Seal, Hoshizaki-Gram, Synergy Grill Technology, Adande Refrigeration, Rational and EAIS on this project.
