Leading players in the light equipment and tableware sector will be chewing the fat at a special CESA forum being held in Daventry later this month.
The Light Equipment & Tableware Group Forum 2012 is an opportunity for attendees to meet one-to-one with suppliers and gain insight into the latest ‘must haves’ for commercial kitchens.
Equipment manufacturers specialising in the sector will be giving hands-on demonstrations of their products and outlining some of the new innovations lighting up the sector.
Testo, Grunwerg, FEM, Elia, Gilberts and Mitchell & Cooper have all confirmed their participation at the show.
“The forum is the best way for chefs, buyers and distributors to cast their eyes over the runners and riders in the race to the next ‘big idea’ in foodservice kitchens,” says Stephen Goodliff, chair of CESA’s Light Equipment & Tableware Group.
The forum will take place at the Daventry Barcelo Hotel between 9am and 5pm on April 25 and 26.
The second day of the event will be dedicated to an exclusive catering equipment training seminar, presented by CESA consultant Doug Fryett.
He will provide the lowdown on the structure of the industry and discuss issues affecting operators as part of a seminar which is designed to complement on-the-job training by opening the minds of sales staff.
CESA says that companies interested in the forum can register through the online event page here.
