Foodservice equipment specification firm Specifi has revealed the full agenda for its vNext online trade show on Wednesday (30 September).
Keynote speakers include: Kate Nicholls, CEO, UK Hospitality; Matthew Merritt-Harrison, chairman, FCSI UK and Ireland; Keith Warren, industry expert; Ian Bryant, sales director, Sprint Group; Nathan Evans, food operations manager, SA Brain & Co; and Bob Wolters, CEO, Specifi.
While moderators will include Catering Insight’s own editor Clare Nicholls, and Andrew Seymour, editorial director at sister title Foodservice Equipment Journal.
Attendees to the free online event will hear first-hand about what’s in store for the industry over the coming months as we look ahead to Christmas and the New Year. Each sector of the foodservice industry will be examined.
Discussion topics will include new efforts to obtain government assistance for the hard-hit industry, safety measures, menu and kitchen design innovations, what equipment is being utilised, supply chain and energy efficiency.

Specifi is supporting Hospitality Action, which is highlighting a special ‘Triple Cooked Invisible Chips’ presentation by acclaimed chef Heston Blumenthal during the event.
The online event will also feature real-time networking and an immersive virtual exhibition and marketplace, where products and projects can be shown in 360 detail.
Attendees will have the opportunity to network with each other in real-time, ask questions directly to speakers, explore ‘pods’ in the virtual exhibition, browse products and interact in real time with exhibitors.
Exhibitors will showcase products in detail, chat with prospective customers and track all leads, which will be supplied immediately after the event.
