Specifi snaps up ex-Vision designer

Lee Rawlinson is now Specifi’s UK-based software product manager.

Foodservice equipment specification software provider Specifi has appointed Lee Rawlinson to the position of software product manager.

In his role, Rawlinson will lead the evolution of Specifi’s solutions: Specifi Design, Specifi Quote and Specifi Share.

He has been designing commercial foodservice facilities for 22 years at distributors including CDS-Wilman and latterly Vision Commercial Kitchens. Specifi feels that Rawlinson comes with a wealth of design experience, a drive to improve design standards and processes and is highly proficient with Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.

He commented: “Specifi is really in the business of empowering designers, consultants and dealers to go about their work in a whole new, more modern way.

Rawlinson will work closely with Specifi CTO Dan Taylor and his Italy-based software development team. In addition, he will collaborate on a daily basis with the company’s global sales and marketing teams as well as users of Specifi Design, Specifi Quote and Specifi Share.

Finally, Wolters concluded: “Having a UK-based software product manager of Lee’s experience and qualifications is a true reflection of how committed Specifi is to the UK/Ireland market and beyond.”
