Specifi vice president of sales for UK and Ireland, Nic Banner, said that the platform wants to help kitchen design specialists.

The post-pandemic foodservice rebound will be the headline topic of the next vNEXT-IBITION virtual trade show, which has been scheduled for 17 March 2021.

Aimed at chefs, operators, dealers, consultants, designers and manufacturers, the virtual event is the second one organised by industry design and quotation software specialist Specifi following the launch exhibition in September.

The March event will feature informative sessions and immersive virtual exhibits with detailed product information.

Attendees will learn what’s next for foodservice in 2021 and get to have a first-hand look at the new products that will be critical to the industry’s recovery.

Top industry speakers will host conference sessions, giving real-time information about industry trends and emerging best practices.

Specifi VP sales, Nic Banner, commented: “We are delighted with our new platform, and very much looking forward to our next event, as it will offer an upgraded, life-like experience. It will feel like an actual in-person trade show, with all of the personal interaction and product detail you’d expect.”

Visitors to the exhibition will be able to video chat on a one-to-one basis with company representatives and schedule appointments for further discussion.

Specifi CEO, Bob Wolters, said: “We all miss in-person events. But our upgraded virtual experience goes a long way toward reconnecting in a meaningful way. Our evolving vNEXT-IBITION platform allows everyone to learn, share, connect and sell in meaningful ways.”

One lucky attendee will also win an all-expenses weekend trip to Venice, Italy, complete with airfare, hotel and fabulous food.
