Specifi has finalised its speaker line up for its second vNext online trade show on 17 March.
The specification platform provider has secured the services of foodservice industry leaders and some of the best-known chefs in the UK as presenters during the virtual exhibition.
These include Peter McCallister, MD of Falcon Foodservice Equipment; Kate Nicholls, CEO, UK Hospitality; Daniel Clifford, chef patron, Midsummer House; Michael Wignall, chef and owner, Angel at Hetton; Sally Abé, consultant chef, Conrad London St. James; Shaun Rankin, chef and owner, Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall; Kris Hall, Founder of the Burnt Chef Project; and Lisa Jenkins, managing editor, The Caterer.
Attendees to the free event will also experience a range of cooking and equipment demonstrations, industry updates and immersive exhibits of the leading new products that will power the industry’s post-pandemic rebound.
Specifi VP Sales, UK and Ireland Nic Banner commented: “2020 was an eminently forgettable year for the foodservice industry. But it gave us a chance to rethink and future proof our approach. This event will give us a unique view of how the industry will go forward in 2021.”
This will be the second vNEXT virtual event, which will be free to attend for chefs, equipment dealers, consultants, designers, operators, manufacturers and anyone interested in the foodservice industry.
Visitors to the exhibition will have the opportunity to learn about new products in detail and video chat 1 to 1, or in groups with company representatives and schedule appointments for further discussion.
