Specifi expands UK support team

Foodservice equipment specification firm Specifi has appointed Jonathan Stephens to the new position of technical support specialist.

In his role, Stephens will work with the growing number of UK foodservice equipment industry professionals who rely on Specifi’s software solutions for dealers, designers and consultants.

He commented: “Specifi has powerful tools to help professionals save time, ease their workflow and grow their businesses.

Stephens will work closely with Nic Banner, Specifi’s vice president of sales, UK and Ireland, who added: “Now we know our customers will have the very best support for the industry’s premier software. We know Jonathan will make an immediate difference for many in our industry in the UK and Ireland.”

Stephens has had previous roles at IMC, where he worked with customers to maximise their technical drawings, Elements Europe and Enigma. He has a strong background in commercial kitchen design, Specifi software, CAD, Revit and Sketchup.

Finally, Specifi CEO Bob Wolters commented: “Having a UK-based technical support specialist of Jonathan’s experience and qualifications is a true reflection of how committed Specifi is to the UK and Ireland market.”
