The Sous Vide Tools team will be cooking up a storm on the Grande Cuisine stand (1440) at Hotelympia.
Chef director Chris Holland will be preparing and cooking sous vide dishes that demonstrate the company’s range of sous vide and sous vide related equipment during the show on 5-8 March at London’s ExCel.
Located on the stand’s central island will be a selection of products including the new iVide cooker and a Platinum circulator, along with a vacuum packer.
Holland and his team will also be on hand to give stand visitors advice on how to cook sous vide and how it can be incorporated into their menu.
Sous Vide Tools believes it has the UK’s widest range of sous vide machines and accessories. Its portfolio of professional water baths starts with the compact 14litre unit and it offers a further five models culminating in a 56litre unit that comes complete with an integral stirrer.
The firm also supplies a range of other equipment and accessories including vacuum packing machines, professional thermal circulators, embossed and chamber vacuum sealer bags, and sous vide containers.
