Smeg UK puts pedal to the metal for charity

Catering equipment manufacturer Smeg UK is taking on a charity challenge to raise money for Action Medical Research.

The firm’s team of staff will cycle through the mountains of northern Italy from Venice to Milan between 24 and 28 June. The fundraising effort was inspired by a similar challenge last year, when the team took on the London to Paris route.

The Italian challenge will cover over 300 miles and the 35 cyclists involved include Smeg customers, as well as its employees.
