Smeg Foodservice is launching three new product lines: the Ecoline 400 and 500 glass and dishwashers, the Smeg semi-pro dishwasher and Smeg CA90E6 semi-pro six burner range cooker.

The manufacturer believes these will for suit smaller operations from cafés and small pubs through to village halls and small public sector sites like fire stations.

The three-stage filtration is said to give the Ecoline Glasswasher 400 and 500 models plus the 500 dishwasher a high specification level in the affordable sector of the market.

The stainless steel-finished Ecoline 500 semi-pro dishwasher is multi-phase and can be switched appropriately at the point of installation, which should give it flexibility for a range of user and site requirements.

As it operates a flexitab system, commercial chemicals/pumps are not required.

The CA90E6 six burner 90cm cooker offers conventional shelving, or accommodates 1/1 gastronorm trays.

Double skinned for quiet operation, the Italian design includes cast iron pan stands, handles and controls.
