Light equipment supplier Signature FSE has relocated from Lordswood in Kent to nearby Lower Upnor, in the vicinity of Rochester.

Its new offices include a spacious showroom to display the best of its seven brands of foodservice equipment which it supports in the UK.

The showroom, overlooking the river Medway, is set in a historic building packed as it is Grade II listed and was previously used to store ammunitions since 1857.

While keeping its historic features, it has been refurbished and the catenary vault has become a great space to showcase large buffet and cooking equipment from Signature’s German brands Venta and livecookintable.

The company will present the benefits of smaller equipment such as induction hobs by Gastros Switzerland and low-temperature cooking water baths by Clifton Food Range in its new space.

A mezzanine floor will display a selection of its French and Italian light equipment brands de Buyer, Chasseur and Pinti Inox.

Signature FSE has already started booking appointments in its showroom with customers and end-users allowing them to get hands-on and fully appreciate the products.

Paula Sherlock, MD of Signature FSE, said: “Our new location is easily accessible from London by high-speed train or road via the M25/A2 and the unique building and location makes for a pleasant environment to welcome our distributors and end user customers.

“We are now able to host training sessions and to display and demonstrate the brands and products we represent any time throughout the year.”
