Signature FSE has recently been appointed sous vide specialist by Clifton Food Range to develop its brand across the UK.
Since 2005 Clifton Food Range has been providing professional chefs with water baths for sous vide cooking and all of its products are manufactured in the UK.
The sous vide cooking technique uses a water bath to accurately cook the vacuum packed item at a precise temperature. This method is said to enhance texture and taste while maintaining consistency and accurate cooking.
The manufacturer’s water baths are recognisable by their orange handles, with a product range including single water baths in various capacities as well as Duobaths (each chamber operating independently), portable immersion circulator bottle warmers and professional tweezers.
