Chasseur, French manufacturer of cast-iron cookware since 1924 is now a new addition to Signature FSE’s brand portfolio.
The enamelled cast-iron cookware is manufactured in the foundry and enamelling plants of owner company Invicta. Chasseur includes a of range of round and oval cast-iron cocottes in different sizes and colours, as well as other products including grill pans, gratin dishes and speciality cookware such as woks, terrine and tagine dishes.
Chasseur cookware is said to be environmentally friendly as each product is made from over 40% recycled material. Moulds are broken down to be re-used and the foundry has filtration systems to reduce any potential pollution to the local environment.
Signature believes the cast-iron cookware is suitable for professional chefs thanks to “the quality of its material, the traditional and authentic craftsmanship and the wide product range”.
