Showroom serves repair firm well in first year

Catering service and installation firm C&C Catering Engineers is hoping to increase the revenue that it earns from product sales after expanding its showroom.

The Flintshire-based company only launched the showroom 12 months ago, but has already moved to grow the range of products that it offers following a “positive” response to its opening.

As well as equipment, the showroom will include catering sundries, such as tabletop products, table settings, glassware and cutlery.

“We have had an extremely positive first year at the new site, with a successful open day last May, the recently completed extension of the showroom and a growing number of clients and products,” said showroom manager Cerys Hughes.

Ian Berrow, managing director of C&C Catering Engineers since last October, said the showroom would be an important part of the company’s strategy in 2014, allowing it to supplement its service activities and hold regular events throughout the remainder of the year.

“We are going to be focusing on enhancing the use of the showroom in the coming months and wish to highlight the exceptional level of service we believe we can offer,” said Berrow.

“We believe our customers enjoy visiting the showroom in person, discussing their individual requirements and being guided through the options. We are obviously keen to maintain this particular feature.”
