Shine reports a hugely busy 2019

Shine completed 12 major hotel and leisure projects this year.

Shine Catering Systems has reported it has experienced an exceptionally busy 2019.

The Newport-based distributor has currently completed 12 major projects within the hotel and leisure sector. A number of these are situated in London and include Mama Shelter Shoreditch, Great Scotland Yard for Galliard and the first nHow Hotel in the UK.

Outside of the capital, major projects have been undertaken for the Falcon Hotel, Stratford Upon Avon and Pratts Hotel in Bath.

During the period Shine has also seen the conclusion of the installation of the refurbished Hotel Indigo in Manchester, a project led by Bowmer and Kirkland Construction.

Chris Hinton, Shine’s sales director, said: “It has been one of our busiest years to date within the Hospitality Sector and this has recently been concluded by the opening of the £83m Wales International Conference Centre, Newport which can accommodate up to 5,000 delegates.”
