Serviceline has struck a new service partnership with German combination oven maker Eloma.
The company says customers will benefit from increased technical support resources, direct access to spare parts and advanced combi cleaning chemicals.
With combi ovens becoming increasingly sophisticated, Serviceline insists the very best technical support — from initial commissioning and throughout the machines’ working life — is a pre-requisite of any purchase.
Serviceline will commission new Eloma combis, validate the caterer’s combi warranty and ensure high levels of technical support.
The alliance means Serviceline engineers will have increased access to Eloma’s technical resources. Many engineers have already received additional training from Eloma and this aspect of the partnership will continue to develop as new products and new innovations come onto the market.
Serviceline will also be able to source spares directly from Eloma’s factory in Germany and has vowed that its engineers vans will carry a larger selection of the most commonly required parts.
