Significant investment has been made to ensure a quick, responsive and well-built site, aligning it with the foundations the company is centred on; fast response times with premium service.
The new website is specifically designed to be viewed across desktop, tablets and mobiles whilst putting the user experience first. Service contract options are defined, detailing number of visits per year and the work expected to be carried out on site, eradicating any hidden charges.
The additional sectors page allows users to see how Serviceline has tailored its offerings to best suit the demands of the market sectors it serves.
A new manufacturer’s page provides a platform to showcase its partnerships as a multi-vendor service and technical support backup with other AFE group members, an Ali Group company, which users may have previously been unaware of.
Company news, product offers, accreditations, job vacancies and case studies will be updated regularly. Myserviceline also offers a portal which allows customers to log and review their past and current information.
