Serviceline provides UK back-up for warewash brand


Warewashing supplier Wexiodisk has appointed Serviceline as its nationwide Service Partner as it prepares its assault on the UK market.

Wexiodisk has big ambitions for the UK and has just hired Manitowoc chief Simon Frost to run the operation.

The tie-up with Serviceline will see the Stevenage-based maintenance specialist provide installation, warranty, maintenance and spares supply. Both organisations are part of the Italy-based Ali Group.

“Wexiodisk has major growth plans for the UK and customers will be reassured that Wexiodisk warewashing products will be backed up with the highest level of technical support throughout the UK,” said Serviceline’s managing director, Steve Elliott.

“Because we are both part of the Ali Group, it is clearly beneficial that we use our combined strength to deliver the most professional service to UK customers. Serviceline engineers are undertaking training both in the UK and at the factory in Sweden to ensure we are ready for new and existing customers alike.”

The partnership will ensure that existing Wexiodisk products can be fully serviced and maintained, and that new products are professionally installed, commissioned and maintained throughout their life.
