Sammic has started rolling its new XM-12 blender off its production line.
The compact appliance is designed for containers of up to 10 litres and is suitable for mise-en-place.
Capable of all types of blending, airs, purées and emulsions without having to change tools, the XM-12 is also designed to carry out prolonged work without the casing overheating.
It is equipped with a three-blade design and a range of speeds. The unit can be equipped with a shorter additional arm for further versatility.
The blender has been designed with intuitive use and the user’s comfort in mind, with dimensions similar to a domestic mixer.
The external casing, made from two materials, should allow an ergonomic hold with an anti-slip grip, while the handle features optimum inclination in order to minimise user fatigue.
The arm is detachable with quick fastening and safety restraint system, and it has an indicator for the locked position.
The exterior shape of the casing is designed to avoid it rolling and falling from the work surface and cleaning the arm is designed to be easy, as it is detachable.
