Sammic immersed in new launch


Sammic has launched an immersion circulator, SVide8, to enable cooking at a controlled temperature with a high level of accuracy.

The new low-temperature cooker is designed to balance professional performance with ease of use and cutting-edge features.

The product was developed in collaboration with the firm’s corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann and his team, Fleischmann’s Cooking Group, as well as with Sammic’s international network of chefs.

SVide8 is equipped with an accurate temperature control system to allow consistent results. An optional core probe enables even more precise control.

The cooker is designed to be easy to operate, as users just need to programme the temperature and the time. The full-colour TFT display comes with four buttons.

SVide8 can be used in containers with capacities of up to 56 litres. It is constructed in robust and resistant stainless steel, and the handle means it is easy to transport from one container to another.

In addition, the SVide8 Plus model has Bluetooth connectivity to enable data exchange which can improve a chef’s performance. This should make the HACCP control simple, enabling export or printing of the cooking results at the end of each cycle.
