Sammic has launched the Quick Cleaner, a new grid cleaner for its dicing grids.
Quick Cleaner has been designed for an efficient, quick and safe grid cleaning operation.
The kit consists of a grid holder and specific cleaners for each grid size and is available for 8x8mm and 10x10mm dicing grids. The grid cleaners and the holder must be ordered separately.
To use the accessory, the grid requiring cleaning should be locked in place. Then the user needs to match the orientation of the unit’s lid to the grid, push it down, rotate it 180 degrees then repeat.
All the food residue should then be removed from the grid and can even be introduced back into the required dishes to increase yield.
Sammic Quick Cleaner is dishwasher-safe and NSF-listed, for safety and hygiene.
