Supplier, Exclusive Ranges, has introduced the Rorgue Plaque Plancha to its product portfolio.
Manufactured by bespoke range producer, Rorgue, the new plancha can be installed together with other Rorgue products and Menu System equipment to enable a bespoke cooking solution to meet their needs.
Powered by independently controlled elements, the Plaque Plancha presents controllable and distinctive heating zones across the plate. With an operational temperature range of 50°C to 450°C, this range is said to offer flexibility and is suitable for rapid pan cooking and direct griddling.
Manufactured from non-porous steel for maximum heat distribution, the plancha is non-absorbent to fats and oils, ensuring ease of clean.
