It comes with a selection of 50 discs for slicing, grating, julienne, dicing and four different types of feed-heads to cater for a variety of tasks.

Robot-Coupe say the CL 60 Complete Veg’ Prep Workstation is designed for high outputs and can cut all types of produce.

Designing the product, Robot-Coupe said it was intent on simplifying all user operations.

The power-assisted lever, together with the low position of the handle sets out to reduce user effort while the operator can load the feed-tube with the left-hand and simultaneously activate the lever with the right hand.

Wheels and the handle make the machine easy to move while cleaning is very simple too, with parts that come into contact with food being removed easily.
