Members of the RH Hall team used this week’s Commercial Kitchen show in the NEC, Birmingham to unveil the new Sharp R7500M microwave.
The unit uses inverter technology, which is designed to ensure maximum efficiency and uniformity – providing precise control and cooking results. Inverter technology provides consistent power to enable these uniform results.
As well as fast regeneration times, the R7500M is claimed to ensure the operator has precision control, making it suitable for defrosting and heating delicate foods too.
With 1,800W output, the new microwave features 14 power levels and 30 memory presets. The touch controls should be easy to use, along with an easy to read LCD display and an easy view glass door.
A stainless steel construction inside and out encompasses an energy efficient LED cavity light for a 19litre cavity. Other features include a double/triple quantity facility, a double action handle, program lock and countercheck.
The stackable appliance has external dimensions of: 420 W 480 D 337 H (mm) and internal dimensions comprising: 330 W 330 D 175 H (mm). It is a 13A ‘plug and go’ unit with just 2.85kW input required.
Designed to be easy to clean and maintain, the R7500M comes with a full 3 year on site warranty.
