The Sharp R7500M microwave features inverter technology for even cooking.

Members of the RH Hall team used this week’s Commercial Kitchen show in the NEC, Birmingham to unveil the new Sharp R7500M microwave.

The unit uses inverter technology, which is designed to ensure maximum efficiency and uniformity – providing precise control and cooking results. Inverter technology provides consistent power to enable these uniform results.

As well as fast regeneration times, the R7500M is claimed to ensure the operator has precision control, making it suitable for defrosting and heating delicate foods too.
