RH Hall rolls out al fresco kitchen

As the good weather takes hold, RH Hall has put together a ‘roll out’ kitchen package that caterers can use outside.

The simple system can be set up “very quickly” and stored in its packaging once the event is finished, according to the company.

RH Hall says the set-up is “essentially a knock down cooking centre”, comprising refrigeration, cooking facilities, preparation tabling, waste disposal, sink and POS systems. It can be branded to suit a caterers’ needs.

The main cooking facility is a Crown Verity BBQ system, which can knock out more than 200 burgers an hour and sits at the same height as the stainless steel tabling. Crown Verity also supplies the portable sink, which can provide more than 300 washes.

Ray Hall, managing director of RH Hall, said: “The concept can be sold as is, which includes everything in the package as shown, or it can be modified to suit the client’s specific requirements. As the tabling, refrigeration and Crown Verity BBQ is generally ex stock, this system can be sold and delivered anywhere in the UK in under a week.”

Hall says the company is also able to carry out bespoke work if necessary, using its own factory to meet tight lead times.

“Putting this concept together on site is very simple due to the modular structure of the set-up,” he said. “Anybody can install it, from the chef to admin personnel.”
