Commercial catering equipment supplier rexmartins has launched a range of professional barbecue suites in advance of the summer season.
Three suite configurations are available, all featuring the company’s RSG008B-AD freestanding gas barbecue, which can also be purchased as a stand-alone unit. Al modules are manufactured from corrosion resistant grade 304 stainless steel.
At 26.4kW, the gas barbecue module at the centre of the suites should offer good cooking power. It features six main stainless steel burners, each of which can be independently controlled, plus an infrared rear burner. A copper side burner is also included for cooking sauces.
Various modules, including wine coolers, food refrigerators, hand wash basins and a charcoal grill are offered, in addition to the core gas barbecue unit, to form the three distinct suites. Details of these can be found in the company’s website. Other configurations are possible for volume requirements.
