Retigo has vowed to increase its level of support to the UK market following a recent personnel change in its UK business.
The company’s agreement with UK non-executive director Radford Chancellor formally came to an end in January 2020, but it said it wished to assure partners that the high quality of care and service they are accustomed to will continue to improve.
Marcel Vican, sales and marketing director at Retigo, said it wishes to express its deepest appreciation to customers and partners for their support following the change.
“The most important aim now is to ensure that our partners receive the best level of care and services so we have been focusing on the future and working on building our new team in the UK.
“A modified Retigo UK strategy is already in place and was presented to our partners. Honestly, we are thrilled to be receiving so much support from our UK partners and our new team is going to increase the level of services provided within the UK to support them too.”
Vican said the combi oven manufacturer was aiming to build on its UK presence in 2020.
“On behalf of everyone at Retigo, we would like to say a big thanks to our partners for their cooperation. We look forward to growing together,” he said.
