The latest generation of Vision combi ovens will be showcased at Commercial Kitchen.

Retigo is launching the fifth generation of its Vision combi ovens, following signing up more UK dealers and establishing a UK based team.

The Czech Republic-headquartered manufacturer believes that the Vision range gives perfect cooking results, reliability, high value for the price, and that simple controls, ergonomic design, low energy and water consumption and low consumption automatic cleaning in all units, have been moved forward in this updated version using the latest technology.

The development process was based on chefs’ requirements, feedback and ideas provided by Retigo distributors round the world.

There are six product sizes (including a fourth generation of the 623 size), plus advanced boiler or advanced direct steam generation options, two model lines, electric and new gas models.

All units are WRAS certified, and they will be accessible on CaterQuotes from 1 June 2017, as well as from existing and new Retigo UK dealers.

The Retigo UK team comprises Phil Smith (UK commercial manager) and Radford Chancellor FCSI (UK non-executive director). Retigo partners are supported by six training and demonstration chefs covering the UK.

Spare parts are held and distributed by First Choice and CCS, while service is provided by trained engineers.

The Retigo team will also be presenting the new Vision generation at the Commercial Kitchen show next week, on 6-7 June at the Birmingham NEC.
