Combi oven manufacturer Retigo has signed a partnership with warehousing distribution company, R. T. Page & Sons, to assist with the distribution of its UK stock.

The deal came into effect at the beginning of September, but talks had been held for some months prior to the agreement, which has seen all stockholding and distribution facilities move to the R. T. Page site.

Retigo’s UK headquarters are based at the Radford Chancellor Consultancy office in Storrington, West Sussex, due the non-executive directorship that Radford Chancellor holds with the Czech-based firm.

Chancellor said: “We are delighted to now be working with R. T. Page & Sons, we feel that this recent move will benefit us greatly as a business and help us to manage our stock much more efficiently.

“Moving our stock holding to the R. T. Page’s main site allows us to carry out regular checks on our stock as their site is West Sussex-based like us, and is just 20 minutes from the Radford Chancellor office. It will also allow us to react quickly and take action to any stock issues that may arise, and resolve the problem as efficiently as possible.”

R. T. Page has been in the storage and handling business for over 50 years, and provides a range of warehousing and logistics services designed to meet the needs of the customer.

Its warehouse in West Sussex comprises 70,000ft2, from which it can offer outsourced warehouse solutions.

Chancellor added: “We at Retigo UK put our focus on customer service at the forefront of what we do, and we aim to ensure that the customer service we offer is to the highest possible standards.

“Working with R. T. Page & Sons will enable us to provide solutions for our customers much more quickly, and will hopefully make the customer experience a very positive one.”

Stuart Barker, operations manager at R. T. Page & Sons commented: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Retigo, and as specialists in the storing, handling and transporting of high value goods, we are pleased that Retigo have entrusted us with their products safe in the knowledge that they will be stored, handled and delivered with the care and attention to detail that their customers expect.

“It is always a pleasure to work in partnership with a company that shares our core values of customer focus and stellar service delivery, and we look forward to a long and successful partnership with Retigo.”
