Regale takes full ownership of Cavity Protection Systems

Regale Microwave Ovens has purchased 50% of the shares in Cavity Protection Systems, with a view to buying the rest.

Formerly sister companies, the pair will be amalgamated into what will be known as Regale Microwave Ovens incorporating Cavity Protection Systems.

Full intellectual property, logos, trade names, NSF registration, stock holdings, tools etc. are all being transferred legally to Regale. The Microsave logo is also being incorporated into Regale’s.

Cavity Protection Systems will then cease to trade, and its main product, the Microsave Cavity Liner, will be sold through Regale. The firm will exclusively sell the Panasonic and Daewoo Microsave Cavity Liners to its clients.

The wholesaler cautioned that the Microsave Cavity Liner should not be sold with, or for, any brand or model other than for which it is manufactured and specifically designed, as this would null and void any warranty given by Cavity Protection Systems.

The Panasonic Microsave CPS2A should only be fitted into models NE1747, NE1757, NE1446, NE1456, NE1846, NE1856, NE1843, NE1853, while the Daewoo type is for models KOM9F50 and KOM9F85 only. A Sharp Microsave Cavity Liner is also available for models R22AT, R22AMM, R23AM and R24AT only.
