Refrigeration service company gets royal approval

European Refrigeration has a Royal Warrant for the next 5 years.

European Refrigeration Ltd, based in Rayleigh, Essex has been granted a Royal Warrant of Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen.

Royal Warrants are awarded to individuals or companies that have been supplying goods or services to the Royal Households of HM The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh or HRH The Prince of Wales for a minimum period of 5 years and have always been regarded as demonstrating excellence and quality.

The warrant grants the firm the right to display the Queen’s coat of arms.

Derek Murton, chairman and director of the company, was given the award after providing services for the royal family.

He told the Basildon, Canvey and Southend Echo: “I feel so privileged and proud that my company has been granted this Royal Warrant.

“We just work by recommendation so this is quite an achievement from our point of view. Our company provides a good service and that’s been recognised.

“This will serve to enhance our reputation and attract a broader network of clients.”

Established in 1985, the family-run firm provides a maintenance, repair and installation service for commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and catering equipment.

It is an authorised regional supplier for Foster Refrigeration, and also provides services for brands including Scotsman, Interlevin, Gram, Victors, Fagor, IARP and Electrolux.
