RDA readies for business growth with staffing boost

A leading North East-based design and installation company has made two key appointments as it continues to build its national client base.

Family-run RDA has appointed Louise Ward as an additional business development manager, and Caroline Anderson as PR and marketing manager.

Ward, who previously worked for more-than a decade at The Alan Nuttall Partnership, has built up a portfolio of contacts within foodservice development, particularly in the education and hospitality sectors.

She said: “The design capabilities, quality and workmanship RDA provides are second to none. That is what initially attracted me to the role. I am looking forward to bringing my knowledge of the education and hospitality sectors to the role and helping RDA continue to grow.”

Anderson joins RDA from NCG, the UK’s largest national colleges and training group where she worked for 13 years in communications, marketing, brand and strategy development.

At RDA, Anderson will lead on all aspects of PR and marketing from implementing marketing plans in line with business strategy, including managing social media, website and media relations to event management.

Anderson added: “I was immediately attracted to the beautiful spaces RDA creates UK-wide. It is an expanding company that is going from strength to strength with great future prospects and ambitious plans for growth.

“I’m looking forward to contributing towards that growth and helping to promote the business to the healthcare, education and high street sectors as well as helping RDA to expand into new markets.”
